Early Learning encompasses our Toddler, Preschool, and Pre-K programs, each designed to nurture children during the most important years of development. Our approach blends play-based learning, guided exploration, and structured activities to support growth in language, early literacy, math readiness, social-emotional skills, and physical development. In the Toddler program, children build independence, develop communication skills, and explore their environment through hands-on, sensory-rich experiences. The Preschool program expands their curiosity with activities that encourage problem-solving, creativity, and cooperative play. By Pre-K, children engage in more advanced learning that prepares them for kindergarten, including early academics, social skills, and routines that build confidence and readiness for school. Across all levels, our educators create a warm, supportive environment where each child can grow at their own pace, discover new interests, and develop a lifelong love of learning. When entering your child's grade, the only option is KG. Non-School Day Camp - October 9, 2026 Registration opens Thursday, October 1st and closes Wednesday, October 7th Looking for a fun and engaging option for your child on Friday, October 9? SUSD Community Education will offer Non-School Day Camp from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at three locations: Cherokee, Pueblo, and Redfield. The camp is open to current SUSD Preschool through 5th Grade students and will provide a full day of fun, hands-on activities. Students will participate in art and STEM projects, active group games, relays, and other engaging activities throughout the day. Students should bring their own lunch; morning and afternoon snacks will be provided during scheduled snack times. An SUSD employee discount of 20% per child is available, along with a 10% sibling discount for the second child and additional children. Registration opens Thursday, October 1 at 8:00 a.m. Registration is first come, first served, with a maximum of 104 students at each location. Because space is limited, families may select a second-choice campus in case their first-choice location reaches capacity. To Register Current Active Kids Club Contract Students:Log in to Arux. From your Dashboard, select your child’s Kids Club Contract under Your Accounts. Under Account Management, select the blue “Register for Non School Day” button, answer the required questions, and submit your registration. To Register students who are not currently enrolled in Kids Club or are on a Kids Club waitlist:From this page, select the dark blue “ENROLL NOW” button. Choose an existing child or add a new child, add emergency contacts, select “Non-School Day Only” as your location, review and sign the agreement, complete the required questions, add credit card information, and complete registration. Space is limited, so families are encouraged to register promptly when registration opens on Thursday, October 1 at 8:00 a.m. Registration ends Wednesday, October 7th. Kids Club 2026-27 Registration for 26/27 Kids Club opens Friday, May 15, 2026, at 8:00 am. Contracts will be reviewed within 7-14 business days. There are two options for both morning and afternoon Kids Club for the 26/27 school year Consistent Schedule (5 days a week). Your spot is guaranteed. Parents will submit a contract request for a consistent schedule 5 days a week. These spots are given priority and once approved, your child has a guaranteed spot to attend. Accounts will be billed on a block schedule automatically around the 15th of each month prior to block, and payments will be due no later than the first of the month. For block dates of service, please visit our website. A Block is considered 18 school days. There is no prorating or refunding of any missed days. “Drop in” for individual days - Non-Guaranteed Spot, based on availability per individual day. Children cannot attend unless they have been registered and preapproved for that day. Drop In days still requires parents to submit a contact request for each individual day. The contract must be preapproved and accepted for your child to attend. If the contract is not approved and is still pending for that day, your child cannot attend. If space is available for that day, you will receive notification that the contract has been accepted, and you will be invoiced within 24 hours. If space is unavailable, the contract will remain pending and be considered on a waitlist. Contracts are accepted based on availability. Priority is given to the consistent schedule (5 days), and Drop-In rates are approved on a first come first served basis. Approval will be made no later than the Friday morning of the week prior to service. There is no switching or refunding of days missed due to absence, illness, or suspension. If you no longer need that day, you must log in and remove the contract request before it is approved.
