Accounts will be billed on a block schedule automatically around the 15th of each month prior to block, and payments will be due no later than the first of the month. There is no prorating or refunding of any missed days. “Drop in” for individual days - Non-Guaranteed Spot, based on availability per individual day. The contract must be preapproved and accepted for your child to attend. If the contract is not approved and is still pending for that day, your child cannot attend. If space is available for that day, you will receive notification that the contract has been accepted, and you will be invoiced within 24 hours.
