Learn the art of persuasion! Students work in rotating groups and practice their debating skills in a supportive environment, including developing arguments, issuing rebuttals, providing examples, rebuilding their case and summarizing points of view. Students learn to think on their feet and enhance their public-speaking skills, gaining self-confidence in the process.

A NEW opportunity is available for ANY SUSD 3rd-8th grader who loves to sing, perform and be on stage! Our choir The Scottsdale Singers spring 2026 season is open for registration. We are looking forward to performing at our annual fine arts festival, collaborations with Desert Mountain high school and Mountainside middle school and of course a concert to wrap it all up! The fee is $75 dollars for 21 rehearsals and two performances. We hope you and your student can join us for a BROADWAY SHOW STOPPERS themed season!
